So, since there are eight other Club Volare novels out there, how can this be a prequel? *grin* Easy. But I am not going to tell you. Spoilers.Suffice it to say, this is a bit of tease. Oh, there is an amazingly hot couple spending a couple of days together. And you won’t want to skip this because it does show how they met and all. But the real story, I suspect, will be coming soon in the next book.
This was just a taste. I am so glad to see the author writing again. I do love the Club Volare world. I really can’t wait for the next book.

An actress that once played a submissive, but really is one and a strong man to protect her from the fall out of life. It was short, about 100 pages, and it is a prequel to the next book coming at the end of the month. But a quick exciting taste that leaves you panting for more. It is a standalone and has a to be continued ending....I hate to wait for the next book....but it is only two weeks until it is out...so I guess I can wait....so what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, there is sexy BDSM thrown in for your reading pleasure. Club Volare never disappoints.
Gavin was supporting his brother and Adra, after it was a love like no other and of course Lola and Roman were also in the party way celebrating their daughter. What Gavin never expected was to see the beautiful woman in front of him. She was gorgeous, she was submissive and she was going to be his...whoa ....He didn't need or want complications!!! Olivia's been jilted what's more is she is not looking for forever, she wants to explore, she wants the beautiful man who is starring as if he was going to consume her... He is a Dom...could he give her one NIGHT? Gavin and Olivia have baggage can they see pat it all to fine what they desperately need....
It's been two long and for me, painful years since the last Club Volare book, and finally, Chloe is back! And damn, this preview was worth the wait. First Night is a prequel to Olivia and Gavin's book, due out in just a couple of weeks. Thank goodness for that, because I for one don't think I could wait much longer. Heck, even a day seems too long.
Gavin is the brother of Ford and is in town for his brothers wedding. There, he meets Olivia, who tries her best to get away from the overwhelming Dom, but keeps running in to him. When she encounters the paparazzi, she escapes with him in his private elevator to his penthouse and spends time with him. Both of them want nothing more than a fling for different reasons. Will they keep their word?
This was a great book that had me only wanting more. Can't wait until their story continues!

I was in definite need of quick hot read after a few less than stellar books recently, and First Night definitely fit the bill! Olivia and Gavin are HOT and I cannot wait to find out more about them in their own full length novel next week!
Gavin is the epitome of tall, dark and handsome with the experience as both a Dom and a perceptive businessman to see through Olivia's defenses to the real person beneath the actress persona. Olivia may be a bit confused about what she wants, but she had a way of reaching deep to acknowledge her fear and address it in a way that endeared her to me. She didn't dissolve into a heap of teary eyed woman or one who waffled back and forth about her decisions constantly; instead she gave things a bit of thought, made a decision, stuck with it and took the leap. She and Gavin have great chemistry and I will definitely be picking up Free and Bound next week!
Welcome back to Club Volare. Been a while since we visited with this amazing group of characters but time has changed nothing. They're still hot, alpha and ready to go with the flow.
Olivia and Gavin have an instant connection when she stars in a BDSM movie filmed at the Club. That connection is strengthened as Olivia struggles with her thoughts and her total belief that she is not a submissive. Being the complete Dom that he is, Gavin believes differently. This novella takes us thru the beginning of their love story but leaves us wanting much, much more, which we will get with the next Club Volare book coming out later this month.
I recommend this to anyone wanting a good, hot, short story. I can also highly recommend each of the previous books in this series. They were all fantastic and will leave you wanting more

Chloe Cox may have been out of touch for a while, but in no way has she lost her magic way with words. She never disappoints and always gives the reader a truly remarkable reading adventure.
Woohoo she is back. This is the prequel book to Free and Bound.
In this book we meet Olivia and Gavin. Gavin is Ford Colson's brother and after shooting her BDSM movie in LA where she meet many of the crew to Club Volare LA she is given a chance to go to Ford Colson and Adra Davis's wedding. Olivia knows there is something about Gavin but she doesn't know what and with all of her problems she isn't sure she should find out. Something happens though that makes her want to know more. But when she does will she stay or will she go?
Gavin isn't looking for another full time sub but having a little fun never hurt anyone? did it? Gavin knows there is something about Olivia that he should stay away from unless he is willing to go all in. The problem is every-time he tries to tell himself that he should do just that he feels this pull that won't let him walk away. Can he find a happy balance that will have them both satisfied?
This is a great short prequel. It reminds us of why this is an amazing series. Though it is short it packs a punch that will have us leaving LA and headed for the big easy. If you have not read this author start immediately if you have here is the teaser before the next Club Volare opens up. You will be clamoring for more when you finish this book. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
